Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts?▼
Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts. This is useful if you manage several accounts or want to use different accounts to comment on different targets.
Is my account safe?▼
Absolutely! We use Direct Connect with encrypted session tokens (AES-256 encryption). Your password is used once during login and is never stored. You can disconnect your account anytime from your dashboard.
What if my comments aren't posting?▼
Check that your account is still connected, you have active target accounts, you haven't reached your monthly comment limit, and Instagram hasn't rate-limited your account. If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
How do I revoke access?▼
You can disconnect your account from the Instagram Accounts page in your dashboard. Once disconnected, all stored tokens are immediately deleted.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?▼
Your AI-assisted workflow will pause until the next month, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more comments. We'll send you email alerts at 80% and 100% usage.
