Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IGreply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

IGreply is an AI-assisted workflow tool that helps draft and post Instagram comments from your connected account. You connect your Instagram account via Direct Connect, select target accounts to monitor, and our AI can draft comments and assist your posting workflow based on your settings and review preferences.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Instagram Account Connection

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize IGreply to post comments on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all content posted through our Service. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time through your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others or spread misinformation
  • Use IGreply in any way that violates platform rules
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free accounts are limited to 5 AI comments per month.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($15/month).
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates comment content based on the context of posts. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the content posted on your behalf and can disable AI-assisted posting at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XREPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY TWITTER/X AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT AS A RESULT OF AUTOMATED ACTIVITY.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IGreply operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
